All of our cakes are 100% customized and made especially to fit your order. It is impossible to offer a hard and fast price, since each cake incorporates so many different variables. We take into account the number of servings, the complexity of the design and the amount of specialized detail. We will try to present you with several possible variations and propose a few price tiers from which you can choose from. There is a $350 minimum and novelty and sculpted cakes are based solely on the design. Please email me at info@inaecakes.com for ordering and price quote.
When to order
We require 2 weeks’ notice for all custom cakes. However, we strongly encourage you to contact us, as we might have last minute openings depending on the style of cake.
Delivery/ Pickup
We offer delivery in the New York City and Long Island Metropolitan area. Please include your delivery address when contacting us for a delivery quote. If you require a delivery outside of this general area, please contact us before ordering your cake, to see if we can make it happen.
Delivery cost starts at $25 and is calculated based on distance and size of cake. If you prefer to pick up your cake, we have a time sensitive pickup location in the Chelsea area of Manhattan.
INAE CAKES is currently a mobile cake business and does not have a permanent studio/store front. We work out of different commercial kitchens and studios around Long Island City, therefore delivery is strongly recommended and we will work with you to make every attempt to accommodate you.
Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include: ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and final payment of the remaining balance is due two weeks before your cake is scheduled for delivery or pick up.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN CAKES?
We currently only offer a gluten free option for an additional charge. Please note that the cakes are not prepared in a gluten-free facility.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUALS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES OR OTHER DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Many cakes can be made without certain ingredients. However, all products are prepared in a facility in which nuts and other allergens are used. As a result, cross contamination of allergens may occur.
